Intention Hierarchy
Problem How to measure the employee's attitude towards her/his working environment.
Context Important assets of a knowledge intensive ESI company are motivated, loyal and satisfied employees. The provision of a working environment which stimulates competency development, encourages career moves, stimulates communication, rewards accomplishments etc. in crucial. A good undestanding of the attitudes of individual employees is important.
Forces Ability to identify which factors are relevant to measure. 
Access to values for chosen relevant factors.
Solution Identify relevant factors for measuring employee satisfaction.
