The following is a set of questions to be answered by individual employees of an organisational unit. Answers are given grades 1 to 10, where 1 indicates low and 10 very high agreement with the question. The answers are then aggregated for the unit.
  • Employees have experienced the possibility of influencing how work is carried out
  • Employees have experienced clarity in regard to what is expected from them
  • Supply of information - degree of employee experienced satisfaction
  • Degree of challenging work assignments as experienced by employees
  • Managerial qualities - experienced by employees

  • - setting up clear goals

    - delegating responsibility and authority
    - creating a team feeling

    - having the ability to implement change

  • Manager's communicative abilities - experienced by employees

  • - being available when needed
    - supply sufficient and clear information
    - be receptive for new ideas
    - explain how employees have achieved their tasks
    - have an open dialogue about visions and goals
    - carry out employee goals discussion in a good way
     
  • Employees evaluation summary of management

  • - "satisfaction" seen totally
    - comparison with other managers in Vattenfall
    - comparison with the "ideal" manager
     
  • Number of employee performance appraisal and development planning dialogues carried out
