The following is
a set of questions to be answered by individual employees of an organisational
unit. Answers are given grades 1 to 10, where 1 indicates low and 10 very
high agreement with the question. The answers are then aggregated for the
unit.
- setting up clear goals - developing the business - planning and prioritizing - delegating responsibility and authority - creating a team feeling - producing results - customer orientation - having the ability to implement change - creating a positive vision of the future - being available when needed - supply sufficient and clear information - be receptive for new ideas - explain how employees have achieved their tasks - have an open dialogue about visions and goals - carry out employee goals discussion in a good way - "satisfaction" seen totally - comparison with other managers in Vattenfall - comparison with the "ideal" manager |
