Informal signature (1)

Purpose: The Informal Signature should provide the organisation with all the information necessary so as to gain a sufficient understanding of the pattern so as to decide on whether to implement it or not.

Fields:

Name:A concise name constructed of 3-5 words without spaces between them, but each word starting with a capital letter,

Problem:The objectives that the pattern wishes to adress within the given context and forces.

Context:The preconditions under which the problem and its solution seem to occur."

Forces:A description of the relevant forces and constraints and how they interact/conflict with one another and with goals we wish to achieve.These may be expressed in terms of a SWOT analysis, the components of which are expressible as EKD components and may then be represented in the EKD model at hand. These should be expressed and categorised as sub-components.
 
Solution: The instructions, which describe how to achieve the desired result, in terms of the work needed. This should include static relationships and dynamic rules,
which combine to describe a solution. The solution should include
1. Organisational structures and collaborations
2. Stakeholders who should be responsible for the pattern
3. Stakeholders who are needed to realise the pattern
4. Possible solution variants.
