Intention Hierarchy
Guidelines The body of this pattern points out three quite distinct areas where common routines are essential to introduce. The non existence of common routines is often a function of the organisation's relative size, divisionalization and decentralization. The common routines that are needed are in three main areas:
  1. Common company wide information to potential employees at colleges and universties.
  2. An company wide training program for uniformity in performance appraisal dialogues.
  3. The establishment and maintanance of statistical data of all competency management actions and information to enable evaluation and planning.
