Intention Hierarchy
Guidelines This pattern will help push the company's culture towards supporting communication and sharing of knowledge between individuals  within the company. 
The company knowledge sharing culture needs to somewhere between collectivist where people are organised in groups which protect them in exchange for unquestioning loyalty and, individualistic where ties between individuals are loose and everyone is expected to look primarily after their own goals.
