| Guidelines | To make competency management a strategic issue is a long-term and difficult task. Implementation can be partially achieved by top level management decision and partially by a change in the thinking of all the employees and management in the ESI company, which has traditionally focused on technical issues and "hard" numbers. A group of activities to lift the status of competency level is to quantify , record and compare and follow up competency management activities results and statistics in the annual reports. |
