Intention Hierarchy
Guidelines The body of this pattern points out some  responsibilities for individual for their own competency development. These involve an active participation of the employee in the competency management activities and processes, such as recording and presenting their own CVs. At the same time the company should present the required profiles for important growth job positions in the company. Employees should also understand the purpose and technique of the performance appraisal discussion and the formulation of individual objectives, to be able to actively participate in the dialogue and take on responsibility for their own competency development.
On the basis then, of the company's need for competence and competence development as well as the employees' wishes, level of ambition and possibilities, an agreement concerning the investment in competence development for the employee is reached.
