Evaluation measures

To evaluate this project the group has developed some milestones corresponding to the scheme provided by the course leaders, group agreements after processing WBS, Pert and Gantt schemes and informal report dates to just check up what is done and more important, what is not done. To support these actions we made a risk analysis that is partly applicable for this action and to be prepared for different types of risks. We tried to analyse some of the risks that we could face during this project and even describe the measures that we should be forced to take to be able to finish the assignment. (Risk Analysis)

The evalutation measures that is to be used in this project is
• Milestones (see milestones).
• Group agreements after each meeting (see appendix)
• Informal personal checkpoints (over a cup of coffee).
• Each member has access to the group homepage and WBS, Gantt and Pert for individual information.

Questions to ask yourselves:
• Did we meet the stipulated milestones?
• Have we kept our agreements within the group?
• Is the quality of the homepage satisfying?
• Do the homepage say the same thing or do we have contradictions or inadequate information?
• Is there any work that "I" can do to make this work more professional?
