·         If you are a student with with a computer science or information system background you will start and carry out with two courses, Enterprise Computing and ERP Systems (designated and called IS1) and Knowledge Management (designated and called KM), in parallel the two first month.

o   The first course is Enterprise Computing and ERP Systems (designated and called IS1). Paul Johannesson is course responsible, but I am deeply involved in the course so you should communicate with me about the course, now and during the course. In this course there are hard deadlines for handing in assignments. This course include a group assignment, and I will help you form groups after August 31. There is possible to do the assignment individually, but it will be a heavy work load on you. The course book Pavel Hruby: Model-Driven Design Using Business Patterns, Springer, 2006, 35403-01542. Note that there is possible to download a digital copy of the course book via SU Library http://www.sub.su.se/home/, and Springer Link. But you need to use your SU account. I will provide you with detailed info how to download the book via SU Library soon on this web page.

o   The second course is Knowledge Management (designated and called KM). I am the course responsible for the course. The course does not have group assignments, only individual assignments. This course is also possible to do in your own pace - although not recommended, that is, there is no hard deadlines, only suggested deadlines. There will be several occasions for doing the exam. I recommend you to order or borrow the course book already now, since it usually takes some weeks for the book to be delivered.  The course book is Prusak Laurence & Matson Eric: Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning, Oxford University Press, 2006, 0-19-929180-2
