The advantage with this design, is that the non-existing icons, which are
shown before the one-to-five stars have been downloaded, are less obtrusive.
To achieve this, you have to give HEIGHT and WIDTH for the icon, and this
means that the actual icon must have the full width even with less than
five stars. But putting the icon at the end, as is done below, means that
this white space at the end is not very visible.
"The Gay Gene" has four-and-a-half stars, but
to allow four-and-a-half-starts larger starts are needed than used below.
