ESAM (E-society for business communication)

The purpose of the project is to utilize the established Infraservice to, within a short period of time, develop and implement six different e-services in two municipalities: Orust in western Sweden and Upplands-Vasby north-west of Stockholm. The six eServices are integrated with the administrative system of the municipalities in order to enable end-to-end transfer of data. The short-term goal is to migrate 70% of the matters from analog to digital form as well as to evaluate the benefits and the technical architecture. The long-term goal is to transfer knowledge about the Infraservice agreement among the remaining 288 municipalities as well as to reduce the implementation lead-times of e-services. KTH is engaged in evaluating the benefits and technical architecture as well as to design new e-Services that can be added to the original six.
