  • It must be noted that when applying this pattern there are a large number of  indicator types, which contain sensitive information from the veiwpoint of the employee. Care should be taken not to acquire and record data which may cause conflict or violate personal privacy and integrity.
    The use and extent of indicators is to a large degree dependent on the capabilities and use of the Personnel Management Information System in use in the company.
