Purpose
At this initial stage, the minimal structure of candidate patterns
are collected, so that an early evaluation may be made which will avoid
time consuming changes or deletions at a later stage.
Fields
Name: A concise name constructed of 3-5 words without spaces between them, but each word starting with a capital letter,
Problem: The objectives that the pattern wishes to adress within the given context and forces.
Solution: The instructions, which describe how to achieve the
desired result, in terms of the work needed. This should include static
relationships and dynamic rules, which combine to describe a solution.
The solution should include
1. Organisational structures and collaborations
2. Stakeholders who should be responsible for the pattern
3. Stakeholders who are needed to realise the pattern
4. Possible solution variants.
Source/Type: The artefact, resource or originator of the idea
for this candidate pattern. This information is useful if and when validation
against sources are required. Type refers to whether it is proposed that
the pattern will be a change process pattern or a product pattern
