Hi, My name is Joakim and I work as an amanuensis (a fancy word for assistant) at the Department of Computer and System Sciences. I'm mostly involved in courses on database methodology, data warehosuing, business process modeling and system analysis and design. I'm also interested in software maintenance and especially managerial issues concerning this.

Apart from Software Engineering I have two great interests in my life: Italian cooking and modern poetry, and then especially Gerard Manley Hopkins. I have some traditional pasta recipies that can be found here. Currently I'm also writing a book on the poem The wreck of Deutschland by Gerard Manley Hopkins. I will present an article about Emergency Problem Management at Wisemp'10 in Montreal April 22. It is called Mapping CM3: Emergency Problem Management on Emergency and Crisis Management within One Financial Company and is written together with Emil Hammargren and Mira Kajko-Mattson and will eventually be made available here.
