Chinese Poker Solitaire Rules
The game starts with 13 cards that You will divide into 3 poker hands, two 5 card hands and one 3 card hand.
The first hand You build must be better than the second and the last 3 card hand must be worse then the second

So to get the points to reflect over the skill to get the best hands to the worst positions they multiply by 2 in the middle hand and by 4 in the three card hand
